Search the former Fort Ord Parcel Database, which is maintained at the direction of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Authority Definitions:
  • EDC = Economic Development Conveyance
  • Fed/Fed = Federal to Federal transfer
  • Fed/State = Federal to State transfer
  • PBC = Public Benefit Conveyance
  • Retained = Retained by Dept. of Defense by federal authority (not BRAC property)
  • Retained-Transferred = previously retained by Dept. of Defense then transferred (not a BRAC action)
  • Sale = Sold by federal authority
  • Transferred-Reacquired = Transferred by BRAC then reacquired by Dept. of Defense (no longer BRAC property)
