Protection Agency (EPA), and California Department of Toxic
Substances Control (DTSC) will hold a public meeting to present
the Track 0 Proposed Plan. The Proposed Plan identifies
selected areas of Fort Ord for No Action regarding ordnance
and explosives, and describes the Track 0 decision-making process.
